摘要
通过分析不同储藏条件下大米品质变化规律,研究影响大米储藏保质期的主要因素,确定大米储藏技术模式、储藏保质期和保鲜期。研究表明,影响大米储藏保质期的主要因素是大米包装完整性、储藏温度、湿度和时间。大米不宜散储,且低温储藏保质期应控制在一年以内,常温储藏保质期应控制在6个月以内。
Though analyzing the variation of rice quality in different storage conditions, the main influence factors of rice storage sheft life were researched and the technology storage model, storage sheft life and preservation period of rice were definited. The results showed that the main influence factors were the packaging integrity of rice, storage temperature, humidity and duration. Rice shouldn't be storaged in bulk, and low-temperature storage sheft life should be controlled within 1 year, normal temperature sheft life should be controlled within 6 months.
