摘要
对金荞麦叶茶有效成分进行初步分离,并对每种成分建立了体外抗氧化模型追踪生物活性成分。用聚酰胺层析柱分离金荞麦叶茶水提取物,用不同浓度乙醇洗脱,得到5种初步分离提取物。并对5种提取物分别采用DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、OH·自由基来评价其清除的能力。5种提取物对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、OH·自由基均有一定的清除能力。金荞麦叶茶提取物的初步分离成分具有较强的抗氧化活性,为金荞麦叶茶抗氧化活性成分的进一步研究奠定基础。
The effective components of golden buckwheat leaf tea were initially isolated, and vitro antioxidant models for each of these components were setted up to track the bioactive components. The golden buckwheat leaf extractions were separated by polyamide column chromatography, eluted with different concentrations of ethanol. Five kinds of preliminary separation extractions were got and the scavenging capability on DPPH radicals, ABTS radicals and OH radicals were evaluated. All the five extractions had scavenging capability on DPPH radicals, ABTS radicals and OH radicals. The preliminary separation composition of golden buckwheat leaf tea extractions had significant antioxidant activity, which laid the foundation for further study of golden buckwheat leaf tea antioxidant active ingredients.
