摘要
提出了一种非成像光学设计的新方法称为光通量线法。从已知的LED光强分布和要求的像面照度分布或要求的灯具光强分布出发,用此方法进行LED二次光学透镜面型的逆向设计,可以一次性求得透镜的两个或多个自由曲面的形状。本文全面介绍了光通量线的定义、性质、计算方法,以及由光通量线求解透镜表面形状的方法和程序,还简单介绍了若干运用本方法计算的实例。本方法有着简单、直观、实用等优点,可以用在多种场合,也可以用在自由曲面反射镜的设计中,多年来已经在许多光学工程设计中得到了成功的应用。
This paper proposes a new approach for non-imaging optical design called the Light Flux Ray (LFR) method. From known LED light intensity distribution and the required target illumination distribution in image plane or required lamp intensity distribution, the two or more free-form surface shape of the LED secondary optical lens can be obtained all at once with this method of reversed design. The definition and characters of LER, the calculation method, the procedure for solving lens surface shape are introduced. A number of examples of calculation using this method also provided. This method has many advantages include simple, intuitive and practical. It can be used in a variety of occasions, and can be used in the design reflectors. Over the years, this method has been successfully used in many optical engineering design.
