双重道德律:儒家道统之殇——兼与梁涛先生商榷

The Dual Moral Law:My Views of the Orthodox Confucian Tradition——A Discussion with Mr.Liang Tao

梁涛先生以自律、他律的双重道德律诠释儒家道统,结果使孔子内外贯通的仁与礼,使本来"相安无事,和平共处"的《五行》"德之行"与"行"产生了内在矛盾。这些矛盾源于双重道德律这一理论框架自身存在着难以克服的逻辑矛盾。梁先生以自律仅仅是内在的主体自觉为前提构建双重道德律,并引入客观规范的他律作为必要的补充。然而在道德领域,自律不仅是内在的主体自觉,亦是行动的客观法则。引入他律构建双重道德律多少有些画蛇添足之疑。

Mr. Liang Tao annotates the orthodox Confucian tradition with the dual moral law which is constructed by self-discipline and heteronomy, resulting in internal contradictions between ＂Ren＂ and ＂Li＂ which are integrated thoughts of Confucius, and between ＂moral behavior＂ and ＂behavior＂ which ＂live in peace, peaceful coexistence＂ according to Wu Xing. These contradictions derives from the dual moral law itself which is full of insurmountable logical contradiction. Mr. Liang Tao thinks that self-discipline is just the inner consciousness and leads into heteronomy which is just objective norms as a necessary supplement. However, self-discipline is not only the inner consciousness but objective norms of man＇s action in moral area. The introduction of heteronomy into constructing the dual moral law is somewhat superfluous.
