陕西地方高校信息资源共享问题表现为:思想观念滞后,信息化认同感不强;统一管理困难,存在"信息孤岛";系统安全性得不到保障,后续开发支持力度不够;信息制度不完善,内部人员参与感不强。解决的对策为:建立统一信息共享服务平台,实现各个应用数据共享;出台顶层设计方案,建立完善各种制度;加强网络安全管理,增强人员安全意识;注重面向服务的系统建设,提高学校服务的整体形象。

The information sharing problem in the local universities in Shaanxi can be reflected as follows： lag concept, weak informatization identity; difficult unified management, the existence of ＂information isolated island＂; the system security can not be guaranteed, and supporting force for subsequent development is insufficient; imperfect information system, and poor participation sense for the internal personnel. The solutions are as follows： establish the unified information sharing service platform, realize the sharing of various application data; issue the top level design program, establish and perfect various systems; strengthen the network safety management, enhance the personnel security awareness; pay attention to the construction of service-oriented system, and improve the overall image of school service.
