摘要
为探讨士官大专学员时间管理倾向与高等数学成绩之间的关系,采用青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)对357名士官学员进行了调查.调查结果表明,士官学员的时间管理倾向在全国青少年中处于中等略偏上水平;数学成绩高分组、中间组与低分组的士官学员在时间监控观、时间效能感上存在显著差异;时间监控观、时间效能感与士官学员的数学成绩呈显著中高度正相关;时间监控观、时间效能感能显著地正向预测士官学员的数学成绩.为此,提出开展专题讲座、融合实践引导来提升士官学员的时间管理技能.
To deal with the relations between the sergeants' time management disposition and their advanced mathematic performance, this paper makes a survey on 357 sergeants using the scale of the youngsters time management disposition. The survey findings show that the sergeants' time management disposition (TMD) is at the upper medium level on a nation wide scale of the youngsters, their time control idea (TCI) and time efficiency sense (TES) have significant differences among the high, the medium and the low math score groups. And the sergeants' TCI and TES have remarkably a positive correlation to the medium and high level of their math performances, and the TCI and TES can dramatically predict positively the sergeants' math performance. Therefore, this paper proposes carrying out the seminar and mixing together with practice and guidance to foster the sergeants' time management skills.
