摘要
目的观察参松养心胶囊对维持性血液透析病人心率变异性的影响和改善失眠的疗效。方法选择本院2013年6月—2013年12月维持性血液透析病人63例,分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊口服,每次4粒,每日3次,疗程为8周。治疗前和治疗后检测动态心电图,并采用匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)作为评定睡眠质量指标。结果治疗组治疗后心率变异性明显改善(P<0.05),心律失常的发生率明显下降(P<0.05),睡眠质量也有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊对于改善维持性血液透析病人的心率变异性和失眠安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shensong Yangxin capsule（ SYC） on heart rate variability（ HRV） and insomnia in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Sixty-three patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from 2013 June to December were divided into two group： The control group（n = 30） treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group（n = 33） treated with SYC plus routine treatment for 8 weeks. The holter was tested. The sleep quality was evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index（ PSQI） before and after treatment. Results The HRV and sleep quality in treatment group was improved after treatment（P 〈0. 05）,while the incidence of arrhythmia was decreased（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion SYC can improve HRV and sleep quality in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
