瑶医神火灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响

Effects of Yaoyi Shenhuo Moxibustion on Inflammatory Cytokines in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的观察瑶医神火灸疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法将确诊为缺血性脑卒中的40例病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组予基础治疗+综合康复+瑶医神火灸治疗;对照组予基础治疗+综合康复治疗。观察两组治疗前后血清炎性因子白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)变化情况。两组治疗前后进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为85%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后NIHSS、ADL评分较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后NIHSS、ADL评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后炎性因子降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑶医神火灸治疗有利于改善缺血性脑血管病病人肢体功能障碍,消除炎症。

Objective To observe the effect of Yaoyi Shenhuo moxibustion（ YSM） on inflammatory cytokines in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Forty patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups： The control group（n = 20） treated with routine treatment plus comprehensive rehabilitation,and the treatment group（n = 20） treated with YSM plus comprehensive rehabilitation in the basis of routine treatment. The levels of serum interleukin 1（ IL-1）,interleukin 6（ IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor（ TNF-α） were tested before and after treatment. The scores of National Institutes of Health stroke scale（ NIHSS） and activities of daily living（ ADL） were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate was 95% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（ 85%,P 〈0. 05）. The scores of NIHSS and ADL were improved after treatment,which were better than that in control group（P 〈0. 05）.The levels of serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased after treatment,which were lower than that in control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion YSM can improve limb dysfunction and inhibition the inflammation in ischemic stroke.
