复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭病人疗效及血管活性物质水平的影响

The Impact of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill and Trimetazidine on the Efficacy and Vasoactive Substances Levels in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)病人疗效及血管活性物质水平的影响。方法将84例CHF病人随机分为观察组及对照组。各42例,对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,每次20mg,3次/日,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸治疗,10粒/次,3次/日,4周为1个疗程,持续治疗6个月。对比分析两组治疗效果,治疗前后采用彩色多普勒血流仪测定其舒张期室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVDD)水平。采用ELISA法测定两组治疗前后内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、脑利钠肽(BNP)水平。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组总有效率为76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IVST、LVEF、LVDD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后ET-1、AngⅡ、BNP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪能有效提高CHF病人治疗效果,改善病人心功能,抑制血管活性物质生成。

Objective To investigate the effects of compound Danshen dripping pill（CDDP）and trimetazidine on the efficacy and vasoactive substances levels in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods Eighty-four patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =42）treated with trimetazidine,and observation group（n =42）treated with CDDP plus trimetazidine for 6 months.The levels of nterventricular septal thickness（IVST）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVDD）before and after treatment were measured with color Doppler flow meter.The levels of endothelin-1（ET-1）,angiotensin Ⅱ（AngⅡ）,brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）before and after treatment were measured with ELISA.Results The total clinical effective rate was 95.24%in observation group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（76.19%,P 〈0.05）.The levels of IVST,LVEF,LVDD in observation group were higher than that in control groups（P 〈0.05）.The levels of ET-1,AngⅡ and BNP in observation group were lower than that in control groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion YHG and trimetazidine can improve the therapeutic effect in patients with CHF,which can improve cardiac function,inhibit vasoactive substances.
