多维认知功能评估在急性缺血性脑血管病病人中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估急性缺血性脑血管病病人的认知功能。方法连续收集我院2013年10月—2014年10月神经内科住院发病14d内急性缺血性脑血管病病人,首先采用简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)、中文版蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)选取功能正常的病人,并在此基础上采用多维心理评估系统评估认知功能。结果病人在选择反应时测验、瑞文推理测验、数字序列推理测验、词语记忆能力测验、言语工作记忆测验、语义流畅性测验等方面未见明显异常;但是病人在简单计算测验、数量大小比较测验、空间工作记忆测验、图片记忆测验、词语辨析测验、颜色判断Stroop测验得分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论多维认知功能测查可以更加准地反映急性缺血性脑血管病病人的认知功能。 Objective To study the characteristics of multi-dimensional cognitive function in patient with acute ischemic stroke,which is used as a reference for comprehensive assessment.Methods We prospectively enrolled consecutive patients at Department of Neurology.Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreat Congnitive Assessmen(MoCA)and Multi-dimensional Cognitive Function test were used to assess the cognitive function.Results There was no significant difference in choice reaction time test,Raven standard reasoning test,number sequence reasoning test,word memory test,word working memory test,verbal fluency test between acute ischemic stroke group and control group(all P 〉0.05).The scores of simple computation test,number comparison test,spatial working memory test,picture memory test,word discriminating test,stroop test were lower in acute ischemic stroke group(P 〈0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional cognitive function assessment system can more accurately reflect the cognitive condition in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
