摘要
目的观察蒲参胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗冠心病合并混合型高脂血症的疗效和安全性。方法将冠心病合并高脂血症病人105例随机分为对照组(35例)与治疗组(70例),两组病人每晚口服10mg阿托伐他汀,治疗组每日加服蒲参胶囊。两组均给予常规抗血小板、扩血管等冠心病基础用药,观察治疗4周、8周和12周后血脂水平的变化及药物相关不良反应。结果两组病人治疗4周、8周、12周后TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间比较,治疗组治疗4周、8周、12周TG及治疗12周LDL-C较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲参胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症较单独应用阿托伐他汀效果更佳。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Pushen capsule（PSC）and atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia patients.Methods One hundred and five patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups：The control group（n =35）treated with atorvastatin and routine treatment,and the treatment group（n =70）treated with PSC plus atorvastatin and routine treatment.The blood lipid levels and treatment related adverse reactions were observed after 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks.Results After treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks,the levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglycerid（TG）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）reduced（P 〈0.05）.The TG level was lower than that in control group（P 〈0.05）.LDL-C level was lower than that in control group after treatment of 12 weeks（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion PSC and atorvastatin has an obvious effect on coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.
