摘要
目的探讨医院门诊药房工作量与药学人员配置,为人力资源配置提供参考。方法设计药师工作项目调查表,对门诊药房现有药师工作内容进行为期2个月的跟踪观察统计,所有数据用Excel软件进行分类汇总。结果该院门诊药房合理配置人员数约19人,结合日均处方量,约每人100张处方。结论通过对门诊药房工作量的跟踪观察和统计分析,可作为合理配置人员数量的依据。
Objective To investigate the relation between the total workload of clinic pharmacy and the allocation of pharmaceutical per- sonnel in order to provide a basis for the managers to allocate human resources. Methods The pharmacists work item questionnaire on existing outpatient pharmacy pharmacist job content was designed, and a two- months follow- up of observation was conducted. All data were processed by Excel. Results The number of pharmaceutical personnel demanded by the clinic pharmacy was 19, with each dealing with 100 prescriptions per day. Conclusion The results of the study which tracks and statistically analyzes the work load of the phar- maceutical personnel, can be used as a basis for the reasonable allocation of pharmaceutical personnel.
