Pharmacoeconomic Study of 2 Contrast Reagents Used for Coronary Arteriography

目的探讨国产碘海醇注射液与进口碘普罗胺注射液用于冠状动脉造影的成本与效果,为遴选安全、有效、经济的药物,降低医疗成本和医疗费用提供参考。方法按随机、双盲、对照试验原则将200例行冠状动脉造影的患者分为碘海醇组(试验组)和碘普罗胺组(对照组),运用最小成本分析法、成本-效果分析法对2种对比剂的效果和治疗费用进行分析。结果 2种对比剂的影像对比度、使用剂量、不良反应发生率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 2种对比剂用于冠状动脉造影检查,疗效可靠,安全,国产对比剂更经济,可很好地替代进口对比剂,满足社会对提高医疗质量,降低医疗成本和医疗费用的要求。

Objective To investigate the cost and efficacy of domestic iohexol and imported lopromidefor coronary arteriography using ap- plied pharmacoeconomics principles to select a safe, effective and economical reagent to reduce the cost of treatment. Methods A dou- ble- blinded randomized controlled test was conducted in 200 patients with coronary arteriography. They were divided into the routine coronary angiography iohexol group （experimental group） and iopromide group （control group）. The results were evaluated with cost- minimization analysis and cost- effectiveness analysis. Results There were no significant differences between the 2 contrast reagents on image contrast, dosage and adverse events rate（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Both reagents are effective and safe for coronary arteriography test; however the domestic reagent is more economical. It can replace the imported reagent to meet the requirement of improving medical quality at lower cost, maximize the economic benefits with limited health resources.
