恩替卡韦联合综合护理干预治疗乙肝病毒感染40例

Entecavir Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Treating Hepatitis B Virus Infection in 40 Cases

目的探讨恩替卡韦联合综合护理干预治疗乙肝病毒感染的临床疗效。方法将均给予恩替卡韦治疗的80例乙肝病毒感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理干预),各40例,比较两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)复常率、乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(Hbe Ag)转阴率、不良反应发生率和护理后生活质量及满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后ALT复常率、Hbe Ag转阴率均明显增高,不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05);护理后生活质量各维度及总分均明显增高(P<0.05);对护理服务的满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能明显提高恩替卡韦治疗乙肝病毒感染的临床疗效,减少不良反应发生,提升患者生活质量及满意度。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the Entecavir treatment for hepatitis B virus infection. Methods 80 patients with hepatitis B virus infection treated by enteeavir were randomized into the control group （routine nursing） and the observation group （comprehensive nursing intervention） according to the random number method, 40 cases in eachgl^oup. The recovery rate of ALT, HbeAg negative rate, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the life quality and satisfaction degree on post- nursing in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the recovery rate of ALT and HbeAg nega- tive rate were significantly increased and the incidence of adverse reactions was obviously reduced in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）; the each dimension of life quality and total scores were significantly increased in the observation group（ P 〈 0.05）; the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nusing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nurs- ing intervention can significantly increase the entecavir treatment efficacy for patients with hepatitis B virus infection, reduce the inci- dence of adverse reactions, and improve the patients＇ life quality and satisfaction degree.
