国内护理领域系统评价/Meta分析文献计量学分析

Literature metrology analysis of systematic evaluation/Meta analysis in nursing field in China

[目的]从文献计量学角度把握国内护理领域系统评价/Meta分析总体情况和发展趋势。[方法]计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库,查找涉及护理领域的所有系统评价/Meta分析文献,检索时限从建库至2015年3月。由2位评价者独立筛查文献,并采用Excel 2003软件建立资料提取表格,如遇分歧讨论解决。[结果]共纳入275篇文献,分别发表在《中国实用护理杂志》《中华护理杂志》《中国循证医学杂志》等18种期刊;第一作者分布于24个省、市,共计157个发文单位;78篇（28.36%）文献得到基金项目支持;文献数量呈逐年递增趋势;研究领域分布广泛,合作撰文作者人数集中在3人-5人,7篇文献进行了证据质量评价。[结论]国内护理领域系统评价/Meta分析迅速发展,护理研究人员循证意识增强,应确保多学科合作,推进GRADE系统的应用,促进循证护理的良性发展。

Objective：To grasp the overall situation and development trend of systematic evaluation/Meta analysis in nursing field in China from the perspective of literature metrology.Methods：It find all systematic evaluation/Meta analysis involved in the field of nursing,through computer retrieval CNKI,Wan Fang.The retrieval time from inception to March 2015.2reviewers independently screened the literature.Excel 2003 software was used to establish data and extraction form.If met differences,2reviewers discussed.Results：A total of 275 papers were included.They were published in the Journal of practical nursing in China,Chinese Journal of nursing,Chinese Journal of evidence based medicine,and other 18 kinds of journals.The first authors were distributed in 24 provinces and municipalities,with a total of 157 units.78（28.36%）papers were supported by the fund project.The literature quantity was increasing year by year.Research areas were widely distributed.The number of co-authors was concentrated in 3to 5.7literatures were evaluated for the quality of evidence.Conclusion：The systematic evaluation/Meta analysis in nursing field in China had developed rapidly,and the evidence awareness of nursing researchers had also increased.To promote the application of GRADE system and healthy development of evidence-based nursing,it should be ensure multidisciplinary cooperation.
