摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌的18氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F FDG)PET/CT最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与临床相关因素的关系。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的非小细胞肺癌患者80例,其中腺癌56例,鳞癌24例,分析其18F FDG最大标准摄取值SUVmax与病理类型、病灶代谢体积、分化程度、临床分期的关系。结果鳞癌组SUVmax(15.43±6.57)显著高于腺癌组(10.31±5.67)(P=0.001),SUVmax与病灶代谢体积正相关(r=0.616,P<0.05),与分化程度负相关(r=-0.245,P=0.029);临床分期与SUVmax呈正相关(r=0.228,p=0.032),其中Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.354,P=0.019)。结论非小细胞肺癌病理类型间SUVmax有差异,SUVmax与病灶代谢体积、分化程度及临床分期相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between the SUVmax of 18F FDG PET/CT and the clinical characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) . Methods 80 patients confirmed NSCLC by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, which included 24 patients of squamous cell carcinoma and 56 patients of adenocarcinoma. The corelation was analyzed between SUVmax and pathological types, metabolic tumor volume,differentiation degrees and clinical stage, respectively. Results The SUVmax of squamous cell carcinoma( 15.43 ±6.57) was significantly higher than that of adenocarcinoma ( 10.31 ± 5.67 ) ( P = 0. 001 ). There were correlation between the SUVmax and metabolic tumor volume( r =0. 616,P 〈 0. 05 ), differentiation degrees (r = - 0. 245,P = 0. 029) , and clinical stage ( r = 0. 228, P = 0. 032 ) , respectively. Conclusion There were differences of SUVmax in the NSCLC pathological types. It was relationship between the SUVmax and metabolic tumor volume, differentiation degrees, clinical stage.
