慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术前后黏膜结构及功能变化

Structural and Functional Changes on Paranasal Sinuses Mucous Membrane of Chronic Sinusitis before and after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者手术前后黏膜结构及功能的变化。方法选取我院2014年5月至2015年7月收治的112例慢性鼻窦炎患者,通过内窥镜鼻窦手术(EES)治疗。观察患者黏膜结构和功能的变化。结果手术前浑浊纤毛传输速度(3.86±1.22)mm·min-1,手术后(7.32±1.26)mm·min-1,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。手术前患者纤毛的排列情况比较紊乱,手术后其纤毛的排列整齐、密集。结论慢性鼻窦炎通过内窥镜手术进行治疗,可有效地改善患者黏膜的结构和功能,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the structure and function on paranasal sinuses mucous membraneof patients with chronic sinusitis before and after endoscopic surgery. Methods There were 112 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis by endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS） treatment in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015. The paranasal sinuses mucous membrane structure and function were observed in all patients before and end ESS. Results The postoperative MTR （7. 32 ± 1. 26） mm ·min-1 was higher than preoperative MTR （3.86 ± 1.22） mm · min-l （p 〈 0.05）. Before the ESS the mucociliary arrangement of paranasal sinuses was disorder , but after operation the mucociliary arrangement was neat and dense. Conclusion The endoscopic sinus surgery of chronic sinusitis can effectively improve structure and function of paranasal sinuses mucous membrane and it has important clinical value.
