CT和MRl诊断早期胆囊癌的对比分析

Comparative Analysis on CT and MRl Diagnosis of Early Gallbladder Cancer

目的探讨CT和MRI诊断早期胆囊癌,进一步为临床诊断提供依据。方法选取2010年5月至2015年5月于我院分别接受CT或MRI检查的胆囊癌患者各30例,所有患者均经过手术取材或穿刺病理确诊。回顾性分析两组例患者的临床及影像资料,比较CT与MRI诊断早期胆囊癌的效果差异。结果 CT组的诊断总体符合率为83.33%(25/30),MRI组诊断符合率为86.67%(26/30),两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT组合并胆囊结石率为83.33%(25/30),MRI组为70.00%(21/30)。无论CT组或MRI组,误诊均以厚壁型胆囊癌为主,其中CT误诊占60.00%(3/5),MRI组误诊为75.00%(3/4)。结论早期胆囊癌的诊断,MRI和CT检查均具有较好的诊断符合率,临床诊断上可相互结合使用,提高诊断的准确率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of CT and MRI diagnosis early gallbladder cancer, and provide the basis data for early gallbladder cancer diagnosis. Methods From May 2010 to May 2015 it were treated in our hospital patients with gallbladder cancer by CT or MRI diagnosis of 2 group with 30 patients respectively, and the patients had undergone postoperative pathology or biopsy pathology to confirm the diagnosis. There were compared CT diagnosis with MRI diagnosis of early gallbladder cancer by retrospectively analyzing the clinical and imaging data of patients. Results The overall diagnostic CT group compliance was 83.33% （25/30）, MRI group diagnosis rate was 86.67% （26/30）, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The early gallbladder cancer combined with gallstones in CT group was 83.33% （25/30）, and the MRI group was 70.00% （21/30）. Either CT or MRI group, misdiagnosed patients are mainly thick-type gallbladder, the misdiagnosed of the thick-walled type was 60.00% （3/5） in CT group, and 75.00% （3/4） in MRI group. Conclusion Early diagnosis of gallbladder cancer on MRI or CT examinations were having a good compliance rate, and it could be combined with each other in clinical diagnosis gallbladder cancer to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
