洛阳市西工区托幼机构传染病防控工作现状及对策

Status and Countermeasure on the Administration of Communicable Diseases Prevention and Control of Nursery Schools in Xigong District of Luoyang

目的为了解西工区托幼机构传染病防控现状,协助卫生行政部门制定辖区托幼机构传染病管理措施提供依据。方法采用查阅资料、询问调查和现场查看相结合的方法检查洛阳市西工区托幼机构中传染病管理制度、晨检与缺勤儿童追踪随访、预防接种证查验、疫情报告情况;保健人员与保健室配置;卫生消毒检测情况;聚集性病例发病情况等。结果西工区托幼机构传染病管理组织和管理制度健全,预防接种证查验、托幼机构工作人员、儿童入园(所)及定期健康检查工作落实较好,部分托幼机构晨检、缺勤追踪、空气消毒执行情况相对较差,公办托幼机构卫生保健人员配备严重不足,其传染病发病比高于民办机构。结论应加强托幼机构卫生保健人员的工作能力,按要求配备卫生保健人员,改善公办托幼机构的布局和消毒条件,加强公办托幼机构传染病监督管理工作。

Objective To investigate status on the communicable disease control of nursery schools in Xigong district of Luoyang, and provide administration proposal for the communicable diseases control of nursery schools. Methods There were applied the system administration information of maternal and children ＇ s health center of Luoyang, interview survey , and site investigation to survey the regulatory regime, the morning check, absenteeism follow up, vaccination, report of infectious disease, disposition of health care personnel and health care room, disinfection testing situation and the outbreak of contagious diseases of nursery schools in Xigong district of Luoyang. Results The regulatory regime were well established on communicable disease control of nursery schools in Xigong district. There were execute finely on children vaccination, nursery staff and children periodic health examination. Some nursery school s were poorly performed the morning check, absenteeism follow up, and air sterilization. Health care personnel in public nursery schools were serious shortage, and the incidence of infectious diseases in public nursery schools is higher than that of private nursery schools. Conclusion It should be further strengthened the ability of health care personnel, and arranged the health care personnel as the regulatory regime require. Meanwhile, it should be improved the public nursery schools layout and sterilization condition so that to reinforce the public nursery schools supervision and management of communicable diseases control.
