脑卒中病人自我护理能力问卷的研制及信效度检验

Development of self-care ability questionnaire for patients with cerebral apoplexy and its reliability and validity test

[目的]研制脑卒中病人自我护理能力问卷,并验证其信度和效度。[方法]应用文献回顾的方法,设计脑卒中病人自我护理能力问卷各维度的概念框架和初始条目。对201例脑卒中病人进行问卷调查,并检验问卷信度及效度。[结果]脑卒中病人自我护理能力问卷的初始化问卷包括61个条目,经过筛选后最终包含4个维度和33个条目,4个因子的累积贡献率为45.66%。问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.915,各维度Cronbach’sα系数为0.724-0.827,重测信度为0.861,4个维度重测信度为0.666-0.860。[结论]本研究研制的脑卒中病人护理能力问卷具有较好的信度和效度,能有效、客观地评价脑卒中病人的自我护理能力。

Objective.To develop the self-care ability fy its reliability and validity. Methods：The literature questionnaire for patients with cerebral apoplexy and ven review method was applied, it designed conceptual frame work and initial entries of each dimension of self -care ability questionnaire for patients with cerebral apoplexy. A total of 201 patients with stroke conducted a questionnaire survey and tested its reliability and validity. Resuits： The initial questionnaire of selfcare ability of patients with cerebral apoplexy included 61 items. After screening,4 dimensions and 33 items were included, and the cumulative contribution rate of the 4 factors was 45.66%. The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0. 915. The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of each dimension was 0. 724 to 0. 827 ,the retest reliability was 0. 861, the retest reliability of the 4 dimensions was 0. 666-0. 860. Conclusion. The questionnaire had good reliability and validity, and it can effectively and objec- tively evaluate the self - care ability of patients with stroke.
