基于因子分析的港口物流能力实证评价与比较——以广西北部湾港为例

Empirical Evaluation and Comparison on Port Logistics Capacity Based on Factor Analysis——A Case Study of Guangxi Beibu Gulf

港口物流能力是当前研究的热点之一。以广西北部湾港为例,通过建构港口物流能力指标体系,运用因子分析法,对钦州港区、防城港区、北海港区三大港区的港口物流能力进行测算和排序,结果表明:广西北部湾三大港区港口物流能力排序为:防城港>钦州港>北海港。此外,还对广西北部湾港口物流能力进行综合评价,得出其主要影响因素为:商品交易和设施设备因子、物流规模和经济实力因子。即:港口货物流通量、港口物流规模、港口物流设施设备基础、港口腹地经济这四个指标为影响广西北部湾港口物流能力的关键因素。

Port logistics capacity is one of the hot topics in current research. In this research,a port logistics capacity index system is constructed by using the factor analysis method to evaluate the logistics capacity of three big ports in Guangxi Beibu Gulf,namely Qinzhou Port,Fangcheng Port,Beihai Port. The result is that Fangcheng Port has the biggest logistics capacity;Qinzhou Port ranks the second and Beihai Port is in the third place. Besides,with a comprehensive evaluation of the ports’ logistics capacity in Guangxi Beibu Gulf,a conclusion is drawn that the four key factors influencing the port logistics capability are port goods circulation,port logistics scales,port logistics infrastructure,port inland economy.
