风险管理在心血管外科护理管理中的多中心应用研究

Multi center application study on risk management in cardiovascular surgical nursing management

[目的]探讨在心血管外科护理管理中采用风险管理策略的效果及相关实施方法。[方法]分别选取在心血管外科接受手术的对照组和试验组病人,对照组给予常规护理管理,试验组在此基础上实施风险管理策略,比较两组病人护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度及护理服务质量评价。[结果]试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在心血管外科护理管理中应用风险管理策略可以有效减少不良事件的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To probe into the effect of using risk management strategy in cardiovascular surgical nursing management and its related implementation methods.Methods：Control group and experimental group patients were selected in cardiovascular surgery department and accepted operation,the control group patients were given conventional nursing management and the experimental group patients were added risk management strategies,compared nursing adverse events incidence,nursing satisfaction and quality of nursing service in two groups.Results：The incidence of adverse events in experimental group was lower than that in control group,while the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using the risk management strategies can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the nursing satisfaction in cardiovascular surgical nursing management.
