左心室心内膜起搏心脏再同步化治疗现状及进展 被引量:1

摘要 研究证实,心脏再同步化治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)可改善多数患者左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fractions,LVEF),改善伴QRS波群增宽心力衰竭患者的心功能和预后,对心电图呈典型完全性左束支传导阻滞、QRS波群宽度≥150 ms、肺动脉压较低和LVEF显著降低等特征的患者应答率更高,
