以当前高校教师队伍的主力军青年教师为视角,在全面深化改革中多元价值的考验下,分析高校青年教师思想观念和价值取向对大学生健康成长产生至关重要的影响。高校要坚持教育者先受教育,把加强青年教师的思想政治教育摆在突出位置,紧跟形势发展,紧贴思想特点,灵活方法手段,不断在增强主动性、针对性、实效性上下功夫。

As the main force of college teaching staff,young college teachers＇ concepts and value orienta- tion exerted an extremely important influence on the growth of the college students under the full-range deepening reform context. College, therefore, should adhere to the principle of educating the educators and give priority to their ideological and political education by keeping up with the situation and the ideological features, changing the education method and working hard on the activity, direction and efficiency.
