基于ANSYS Workbench的一种防爆电机用支架轻量化设计 被引量:2

摘要 以某型防爆电机用支架为研究对象,运用ANSYS Workbench对其进行静态应力分析,得到了最大受力及总变形量,通过模态分析得到了支架的固有频率和振型特征,有利于对支架进行动态特性分析,通过Design Explorer对支架进行结构优化设计,从而实现支架轻量化设计。 It focus on explosion proof motor support, gets maximum stress and the total detorrna- tion via analysis the static stress via ANYSY Workbench, obtains nature frequency and mode of vi- bration, these datum is helpful in dynamic character analysis; then Design Explorer is adopted in optimize design of the support. This light weight optimize design method would be introduced into light weight design of other components in motor.
