前交叉韧带损伤临床诊断与MRI诊断比较

Comparison of Clinical Diagnosis and MRI Diagnosis in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury

目的:探讨MRI对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析2011年7月至2013年5月我院所接待的急性创伤性膝关节血肿患者,通过准确度、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值还是阴性预测值相五项数据的比较,分析临床诊断与MRI诊断之间的准确性和有效性。结果:采用MRI共诊断出48例,其中完全损伤29例,合并损伤5例,部分损伤6例,正常7例,准确度为92.8%。结论:MRI扫描是一种多平面的准确诊断前交叉韧带损伤的无创伤检查方法,能够体现出损伤的具体情况以及软组织实际损伤状况,由此能够更好地实现现代相应手术的成功率以及由此提升手术的合理性与有效性,提升患者术后的康生活质量。

Purpose： To investigate the value of MRI diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint. Materials and Methods： retrospective analysis of 2011 July to 2013 May in our hospital received acute traumatic knee joint hematoma, or negative predictive value compared to five data, the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, accuracy and validity analysis between clinical and MRI diagnosis. Results： a total of 48 patients diagnosed with MRI, inclu- ding 29 cases of complete injury, combined injury in 5 cases, 6 cases of partial damage, 7 cases were normal, the accuracy is 92. 8%. Conclusion： MRI scan is a non -invasive examination method of damage diagnosis a multi plane of the anterior cruciate ligament, can reflect the specific circumstances of injury of soft tissue injury and actual condition, which can better realize the modern operation success rate and corresponding operation so as to enhance the rationality and effectiveness of the Kang, improves the quality of life of patients.
