摘要
目的:分析33例股骨头韧带损伤患者的MRI表现,比较不同脉冲序列显示股骨头韧带损伤的差异。材料与方法:经关节镜证实诊断的33例股骨头韧带损伤的患者(男21例,女12例,年龄16~65岁,平均36岁)均进行MR常规T1WI、常规T2WI、T2WI脂肪抑制序列及T1WI脂肪抑制序列增强扫描。2名高年资放射科医生共同分析MRI图像。结果:33例患者的股骨头韧带增粗,在T2WI上呈稍高信号,在T1WI上呈等信号,在T2WI脂肪抑制序列上呈高信号,增强扫描呈轻度强化。结论:T2WI脂肪抑制序列、T1WI脂肪抑制序列增强扫描显示股骨头韧带损伤效果最佳。
Purpose: To compare the detectability of femoris ligament injury in 33 patients in varied MR pulse sequences. Materials and Methods: MR imaging of 33 patients (21 males and 12 females, the age ranged from 16 to 65 years, mean 36 years) with arthroseopy confirmed femoris ligament injury was studied on the 1.5T MR systems. For each patient, 4 pulse sequences were performed including TIWI, T2WI, T2WI fat suppression with 3 mm slice thickness, Pre-and post-contrast T1WI fat suppression with 3 mm slice thickness. Two radiologists evaluated MR images. Results: In this group, femoris ligament thickening was showed on MR in all patients. On MR imaging, femoris ligament injury appeared as a little hyperintensity on T2WI, isointensity on T1WI, hyperintensity on T2WI fat suppression. The femoris ligament injury showed slight enhancement. Conclusion: T2WI fat suppression and Pre-and post-contrast T1WI fat suppression was optimal in showing femoris ligament injury.
