运动员的人格类型研究

Personality Types of Athletes

采用MBTI-M中文版对运动员的人格类型进行研究。结果显示:ESFJ、ESFP和ISFP 3种人格类型是运动员的典型人格类型,但健将级、国家一级运动员与二级运动员的人格类型略有不同,运动员具有外向好动、乐于助人、善于观察细节和记忆事物、喜欢合作、勇于冒险、不喜欢约束等人格特点。运动项目与人格特征也显著相关:开放式运动项目组的人格维度倾向分别为外倾、感觉、情感和感知,ESFP、ENFP和ESFJ是其典型的人格类型;闭锁式运动项目组的人格维度倾向分别为内倾、直觉、思维和判断,INTJ、INFJ和INTP是其典型的人格类型。

This study analyzed the athletes＇ personality types by using the Chinese version of MBTI -M. Results show that ESFJ, ESFP and ISFP are the typical personality types of athletes, but there are some differences between master-level athletes, first-grade athletes and second-grade athletes, who are characteristic of being outgoing and active, helpful, good at observing details and remembering things, in addition to being cooperative and risk taking while the unwillingness to be constrained, etc. In addition, sports games are also correlated with personality as well： the athletes taking open sports stress extroversive, feel, emotion and cognition, ESFP, ENFP and ESFJ being the typical personality types of them. On the other,however,athletes taking closed sports focus on introversive, intuition, reasoning and judging, including the typical personality types of INTJ,INFJ and INT.
