摘要
目的:采用多层螺旋CT冠状重建图像用于尘肺诊断的标准与临床应用。材料与方法:选取2014年8月至2015年12月我院收治120例确诊患有尘肺病的患者,对患者进行X线胸片和多层螺旋CT冠状面重建检测,将检测结果与之前做的尘肺标准片进行对比,探讨多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像的诊断标准。结果:120例患者中有67例患者的X线胸片显示为Ⅰ期尘肺,使用多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像53例Ⅰ期尘肺,8例与尘肺病诊断标准相符合,6例符合Ⅱ期尘肺病。在X线胸片胸片测试中发现48例为Ⅱ期尘肺,但是使用多层螺旋CT探测诊断只有41例符合Ⅱ期尘肺,5例属于Ⅰ期尘肺,2例属于Ⅲ期尘肺。由此说明多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像其中5例X线胸片胸片检测中诊断为Ⅲ期尘肺,而在多层螺旋CT中诊断为Ⅲ期尘肺,差异无统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论:多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像用于尘肺诊断具有较高的诊断价值,比千伏胸片诊断更详细、更精确,诊断效果更为安全可靠。
Purpose: Used for pneumoconiosis diagnosis standard and clinical application of muhislice spiral CT coronary image reconstruction. Materials and Methods: From August 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital treated 120 cases of patients diagnosed with pneumoconiosis, by chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT coronal reconstruction detection of patients, comparing test results and before doing the standard diagnostic criteria of pneumoconiosis, multi-slice spiral CT coronal reconstruction image. Results: In 120 cases, X-ray chest films of 67 patients showed stage pneumoeoniosis, using multi-slice spiral CT coronal reconstruction images of 53 cases of pneumoconiosis, 8 cases with diagnostic criteria of pneumoeoniosis is consistent, in line with the 6 cases of pneumoconiosis. 48 cases were found for the second stage pneumoconiosis X-ray chest film in the test, but the use of multi slice spiral CT diagnosis of 41 cases with detection only stage pneumoconiosis, 5 cases be- long to the stage of pneumoconiosis, 2 cases belong to the stage of pneumoconiosis. The multi-slice spiral CT coronal recon- struction image in which the detection of X-ray chest films in 5 cases diagnosed as stage III of pneumoeoniosis, and in multi slice spiral CT in diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 5 ). Conclusion: Multi slice spiral CT coronal reconstruction image in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis diagnosis has a higher value than kV radiography in diagnosis, more detailed, more accurate, more safe and reliable diagnosis results.
