摘要
目的:了解深圳地区16~80岁正常成年男性超声骨密度状况;探讨成年男性超声骨密度随年龄变化的规律及与身高、体重、体重指数的关系。材料与方法:选择16~80岁深圳居住的319例正常男性为检测对象,以每五岁分组共分为13组,用定量超声骨密度仪(QUS)测定受检者足跟部骨密度(BMD)值,同时测量受检者体重、身高、体重指数。结果:16~80岁健康男性BMD值随年龄增长变化超声骨密度逐渐减低,骨峰值年龄出现在第2组(即21~25岁)组和第3组(即26~30岁)组,除了第2组与第6、7、8、11、12、13组比较有统计学意义,第3组与第11、12、13组比较有统计学意义,第13组与第1、2、3、4、5、10组比较有统计学意义外,其它各组之间比较均无统计学意义。年龄与BMD呈负相关(r=-0.223),身高与BMD呈正相关(r=0.112),体重、体重指数和BMD变化无相关性(分别r=0.076,P〉0.05;r=0.030,P〉0.05)。结论:深圳地区成年男性超声骨密度值随年龄增长呈下降趋势,本研究获得的BMD值将为确定我国成年男性超声骨密度的参考值和骨质疏松症的诊断标准提供重要的参考依据。
Purpose: To find out the BMD status of the 16 - 80 years old adult male in Shenzhen and find out the relationship between BMD changes and age increase, height, weight and Body Mass Index. Materials and Methods: BMD for calcaneus in 319 16 - 80 years old healthy adult male who live in Shenzhen was measured with QUS made in USA, they were divided into groups according to age, at the same time their height and weight and body mass index (BMI) were measured. Results: The BMD show a decreasing tendency with increasing age. And the peak value of BMD presented in the 2 and 3 group. There are significant difference between the 2 group/6, 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 group, between the 3 group/ 11, 12 and 13 group, between the 13 group/1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 group, no significant difference in other groups. Pearson correlation analysis show a negative correlation between the BMD and age, a positive correlation between the BMD and height, no obvious correlation between the BMD/weight and BMI. Conclusion: The BMD show a decreasing tendency with increasing age in Shenzhen. The values of BMD will provide an important data reference to establish the normal values and diagnostic standard osteoporosis.
