MRI图像上“常春藤征”和“刷子征”对烟雾病的诊断价值

The Value of MRI Images “ivy sign” and “Brush Sign” to the Diagnosis of Moyamoya Disease

目的:探讨MRI常规图像上"常春藤征"和"刷子征"对烟雾病的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析经颅脑磁共振诊断的25例烟雾病的影像特点,对常春藤征和刷子征的分布及程度进行分析。结果:25例烟雾病患者中MRI常规序列图像显示34侧大脑半球可见常春藤征,其中合并刷子征24侧,常春藤表现为沿软脑膜分布的点状或条状高信号,刷子征表现为放射冠、半卵圆中心密集白质区呈垂直于侧脑室壁的刷子状高信号。结论:常春藤征和刷子征对烟雾病的诊断具有重要的价值,认识此征象有利于正确的诊断和判断患者病情的程度。

Purpose： to explore the MRI conventional image ＂ivy sign＂ and ＂brush sign＂ value to the diagnosis of moyamoya disease in adults. Materials and Methods： a retrospective analysis of cerebral MRI in the diagnosis of 25 cases of imaging characteristics of moyamoya disease, on the degree of distribution and ivy sign and brush sign for analysis. Results： in 25 cases of patients with moyamoya disease was MRI images show 34 lateral hemisphere visible ivy sign, which combined the brush sign 24, ivy sign is dotted along the piamater or strip high signal, brush sign show the corona radiate, half egg circle center with dense white matter area perpendicular to the wall of the lateral ventricle brush shaped high signal. Conclusion： ivy sign and brush sign is of important value to the diagnosis of moyamoya disease, know the signs to the correct diagnosis and judge the degree of patients.
