摘要
运用ANSYS对冷却管进行有限元热应力分析,研究了在大温差下其热应力分布情况,通过分析得出冷却管在66.5℃大温差条件下满足受力要求的结论,并对结果对比可知冷却管内外压力对热应力大小无影响,为实际工程的运行和设计提供了理论指导,也填补了国内凝汽器冷却管大温差热应力研究的空白。
Through the cooling tube' s Thermal stress analysis with ANSYS software, the conclusion is that the pipe' s force meets the design requirements force, and the inside and outside pressure of medium have no effect on thermal stress. The result provides theoretical guidance for actual operation and design, which also fills the gap of study on cooling tube under large temperature difference condition.
