Fabrication of C/C-SiC composite and its applications in aerospace field

摘要 系统总结了C/C-SiC复合材料的几种典型制备技术,分析了各方法的优缺点。对C/C—SiC复合材料在航空航天领域作为热结构件及热保护系统材料、摩擦材料及光学光机材料的应用和发展情况进行了综述。并对材料制备及应用存在的问题进行了深入分析和探讨,对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 Several typical fabrication techniques of C/C-SiC composites were classified and introduced in the paper. The characteristics of various methods were analyzed in detail. The application of C/C-SiC composites in aerospace field as thermal strueture and thermal protection system (TPS) material, friction material and optical and optomechanieal ultra-lightweight materials were investigated. The problems in preparation and applications of the material were analyzed, and the future of development was prospected.
