燃料电池系统控制器硬件在环测试平台开发 被引量:4

摘要 针对燃料电池系统控制器开发中实际燃料电池测试成本高、风险大等问题,提出了控制器硬件在环测试方法。首先分析ECU测试需求,建立了硬件在环测试平台的总体架构;其次进行软、硬件的设计与选型;最终基于NI-VeriStand对硬件在环测试平台进行集成,完成平台的搭建,并针对燃料电池的动态工况和稳态工况分别设计测试激励,将硬件在环测试结果与实际测试结果对比。结果表明:稳态工况空进压力误差小于8%,电堆电压误差小于5%;动态工况空进压力与电堆电压误差均小于5%,说明ECU硬件在环测试平台具有良好的稳态及瞬态性能,可以用于燃料电池控制器的开发。 Due to the high risk and high cost in actual test for development of fuel cell system controller, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) is proposed. Firstly, the general architecture of HiL test-bench is built based on the requirements of ECU. Then the design and selection of softwares and hardwares are determined. Finally, the HiL test-bench is integrated based on NI-VeriStand meanwhile test stiumuli for dynamic and steady working condition are designed. The test results show that in steady condition the error of air intake pressure is less than 8% and the error of stack voltage is no more than 5%; both the error of air intake pressure and stack voltage in dynamic condition are less than 5%. Therefore this HiL test-bench has good steady and dynamic performance so that it can be applied to the development of fuel cell system controller.
