摘要
本文简要介绍了以单片机为控制核心的充电电池测试仪的设计思想、实现的功能、硬件电路的设计和测试软件的设计。充电电池主要性能指标有电池内阻、额定容量、充放电时间、自放电时间以及循环寿命。这里主要对锂电池的内阻进行分析,并采用交流注入法设计、研制其测试仪器。
The paper briefly introduces a single-chip microcomputer as the control core of the rechargeable battery tester's design idea, functions, hardware circuit design and software testing design. Rechargeable battery's performance indicators have rated capacity, internal resistance of the battery, charge and discharge time, self-discharge time and cycle life. Rechargeable battery's internal resistance is analysed and it designes with exchange injection method, its test instrument is researched.
