摘要
针对传统双闭环电动机调速系统跟随性差的缺点,采用带前馈控制的直流伺服三闭环控制系统,以TI双核单片机F28M35H52C为主控芯片,设计了直流电动机伺服控制系统的组成,包括电源模块、处理器及处理器外围电路、驱动电路、编码器的电平转换电路、电流采集信号的调理电路。
In view of the conventional double closed loop motorspeed governing system with poor shortcomings, DC servo three closed-loop control with feedforward control system is useed. With TI dual-core microcontroller F28M35H52C as main control chip, a dc motor servo control system circuit is designed, it contains the power supply module, the processor and peripheral circuit, the driver circuit, the circuit of encoder level switch and the electricity acquisition circuit for signal disposal.
