摘要蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉常用于开腹阑尾切除手术,但术中知晓、寒战及牵拉不适可诱发强烈的应激反应。急性阑尾炎本身也可使机体处于一种高应激状态,即使麻醉效果满意也不能完全消除应激所导致的以交感神经兴奋和垂体-肾上腺皮质分泌增多为主的一系列神经内分泌反应[1],故术中难以控制患者血流动力学的平稳。右旋美托咪定（Dex）是一种高选择性a2-肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、抑制交感神经活性、稳定血流动力学、
