磁共振在胎盘植入诊断中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 胎盘植入是指胎盘蜕膜发育不良导致胎盘绒毛组织侵入子宫肌层,严重者侵及浆膜层,甚至可能涉及相邻盆腔器官[1]。胎盘植入是孕产妇围产期大出血及产后子宫切除不可忽视的原因,是孕产妇发病和死亡的一个重要因素。胎盘植入患病率日趋上升,可能与高龄孕妇比例增加,及以往流产和/或剖宫产史有关[2]。准确及时地诊断为临床手术方案的制定提供了重要依据。以往胎盘相关疾病影像学诊断多依靠超声检查,
