介绍了一种无轴铸铝转子在冷压轴过程中,为了不影响转轴的机械强度和结构功能,在转轴上设计了自动调正定位的导向结构。该导向结构改进了铸铝转子的冷压轴工艺,提高了生产效率和产品的合格率。
The special design of the rotating shaft with guiding and positioning construction to perform the automatic adjustment was introduced, in order not to influence the mechanic strength and constructive function of the rotating shaft during coldly pressing aluminum-cast rotors onto it. Technique to coldly press the aluminum-cast rotor onto the rotating shaft was improved by the guiding and positioning construction, to increase the productive efficiency and products qualification rate.
