Discussion on the Innovative Development of Colleges and Universities in Coal Mining Industrial on the Basis of 13^(th) Five Year Plan

煤炭能源行业对于确保国家能源安全和经济社会持续发展具有极为重要的基础性和战略性作用。在"十二五"收官、"十三五"开局的新形势下,煤炭行业高校必须慎思明辨,认清形势,准确判明和把握高等教育所处的历史方位,在国家统筹推进一流大学和一流学科建设的进程中根据各自的实际情况主动作为、勇争一流,积极推进行业特色高等学校的综合改革,善于在煤炭能源行业转型升级所带来的挑战中寻求机遇,并以创新的理念精心谋划改革,努力实现行业高校事业的持续发展、特色发展、转型发展和创新发展。

Abstract：Coal energy industry plays an fundamental and strategic role in assuring the national energy safety and the sustainable development of economy and society. At the end of the 12th Five Year Plan and the beginning of 13th Five Year Plan, the higher education institutes in coal mining industry should 1 ） discriminate wisely, recognize the situation, distinguish and grasp ex- actly the historical position of higher education; 2） in the process of national arrangement in the construction of first - class university and first - class discipline, colleges and universities in coal mining industry should take an initiative and advance actively the comprehensive reform of higher education institutes with coal mining industrial characteristics, and seek the development opportunity from the challenges brought by the transformation and upgrading of coal mining in- dustry; 3） the colleges and universities had better use the idea of innovation to plan the refor- mation elaborately, and make an effort to promote the sustainable development, characteristic development, transformation development and innovative development.
