能源革命视阈下煤炭行业特色高校转型探索——以河南工程学院为例

The Transformation of Higher Institute Specified in Coal Mining from the Perspective of Energy Revolution: Taking Henan Institute of Engineering as An Example

能源革命背景下煤炭行业特色高校面临着院校去"煤炭化"严重、行业特色逐渐消退,学科专业定位模糊、影响院校内涵提升,科研创新能力不强、服务煤炭行业后劲不足,实践教学环节薄弱、人才培养质量不高等困境,文章阐述了煤炭行业高校转型应对能源革命的探索,提出了煤炭行业特色高校应对能源革命转型发展的对策思考。

Under the background of energy revolution, the higher institute specified in coal min- ing is undergoing the predicaments as follows： the severe situation of de - specification of coal mining higher education institutes; the degradation of industry features; ambiguous positioning of discipline structure; the weak impact on institutes＇ development; inferior ability of research and innovation; scarce capacity of serving coal mine industry; inadequate practical teaching; and, low quality of personnel cultivation. This paper elaborates the exploration of higher educa- tion institutes specified in coal mining to cope with the energy revolution, and puts forward countermeasures for coal mining higher education institutes to come up with energy revolution and transformation development of coal mine industry.
