摘要
车架不仅要求足够的强度和刚度,而且需要最大限度地减轻其自重,以提高整车的动力性及经济性。对于以货运为主的三轮摩托车,车架自身质量占整车质量的比例较大,因此减轻车架自重对三轮摩托车的轻量化研究具有重要意义。以一款载货三轮摩托车车架为分析对象,通过对现有车架进行有限元分析与试验验证,进一步利用有限元手段解决减重与强度要求间的矛盾问题,得出以实地测量数据为边界条件的轻量化后的三轮摩托车车架的应力分布。
In order to improve the dynamic and economic performance, frame requires enough strength and stiffness, and minimum weight. For freight tricycle, the frame's weight is a big proportion of the whole tricycle, so it's important to reduce weight of the frame. In this paper, taking a frame of freight tricycle as research object, the contradiction problem between weight reduction and strength requirement is resolved by FEM, and frame stress distribution of tricycle is concluded, which is based on measurement data for boundary condition.
