摘要
彼得·圣吉提出的自我超越、角色定位、愿景驱动、团队共享和系统思考的"五项修炼",成为现代学习型组织重要的科学范式,也为高校青年干部学习共同体建构提供了重要参照。立足于高校青年干部专业化、职业化发展力,通过"五项修炼"实现高校青年干部的快速成长:自我超越——激发职业成长的主观能动性;改善心智模式——实现青年干部思角色更新和思维创新;愿景驱动——实现青年干部个人价值追求和学校发展目标的和谐统一;团队共享——通过最高学习层次塑造青年干部的终身学习观念和团队协作观念;系统思考——实现青年干部成长微观、中观和宏观的辩证统一。
The five disciplines:Personal Mastery, Improving Mental Models, Building Shared Vi- sion, Team Leaming, System Thinking-put forward by Peter M. Senge, not only became the important scientific paradigm of learning organization, but also afforded an important reference for young cadres in universities. Based on the specialization and professionalization of young ca- dres, the five disciplines can be employed to hasten their advancement. ( 1 ) Personal Mastery will motivate the subjective initiative of career growth; (2) Improving Mental Models will imple- ment the role renewal and thinking innovation of young cadres; (3) Building Shared Vision in- tegrates the personal value pursuit of young cadre with universities' development goals; (4) Team Learning realizes the young cadres' values of lifelong learning and team working; (5) System Thinking makes dialectical unity among the macro, middle and micro aspects.
