摘要
高校基本建设管理在项目管理、人才培养、项目后评估、管理体制和运行机制改革、风险防范等方面存在着许多问题,随着建筑信息模型(BIM)等新技术的推广,要求基本建设管理提高科学化、规范化和信息化的水平,文章采用协同性改革的视角,分析得出高校应加强基建内部管理体制与运行机制协同性改革,建立优势集成机制,科学制定人事考核评价体系,建立以甲方代表为核心的项目组矩阵式管理运行机制。
This paper analyses the main problems existing in the management system of university infrastructure in the aspects of infrastructure regulations, personnel training, project post-as- sessment, the reform, of management system and operating mechanism, risk prevention and limitations of reform. With the application of new technology such as Building Information Mod- eling( BIM), the scientizing , normalization and information level of infrastructure management should be enhanced. From the perspective of cooperative reform, this paper raises advice as follows: to deepen the cooperative reform in management system and operating mechanism; to make the scientific development of personnel assessment system; and to establish the matrix management system in the Droiect team taking Party As representative as the core.
