摘要
近年来,人们对畜禽产品的需求量不断增加,一方面我国的畜禽产业得到了长足发展,另一方面畜禽粪便带来的污染随之产生。文中设计了一种新型好氧堆肥装置,由温度数据处理模块、曝气渗透模块、数据处理模块和数据显/存模块组成,堆体内部温度分布不均匀,传感器分布在以桨叶为中心的的堆体内部,能达到精确测量,减小误差,提高堆肥效率,同时曝气部分有效增大曝气面积,通过桨叶的搅拌,不断更新堆体表面,促使空气在界面向液相转移;对堆肥过程实时监控,实现数据可视化观测。
Recently,people demand for livestock products is increasing.On the one hand our country's poultry industry has made considerable progress, on the other hand manure pollution caused by the consequent.Therefore, this paper designed a new aerobic composting system,it comprises a temperature data processing module, aeration permeation module, data pro- cessing module and data display / memory modules.Unevenly temperature distribution inside of the stack,sensors located in the center of the blade to the inside of the body of the heap, to achieve accurate measurements, reduce errors and improve the efficiency of composting.Meanwhile aeration partially effective aeration area increased by paddle stirring constantly updated pile surface, prompting the air transfer to the liquid phase at the interface;Enhanced interactive system of the compost appara- tus, data visualization observation, real-time monitoring of the composting process.
