1792年,西藏贵族丹津班珠尔因在廓尔喀战争中获罪赴京觐见,留下这次北京之旅的藏文记录,描绘了一个西藏贵族眼中的清代北京城和乾隆年间清治藏政策的一端。
In 1792（the 57th year of Qianlong in Qing,the 13th rab-byung water-rat year of Tibetan ealendar）,a Tibetan aristocrat,Bstan vdzin pal vbyor,went to Beijing as he was proven guilty in the war of Gorkha. He recorded the journey in Tibetan, describing the city of Beijing at that time and Qing＇s policies toward Tibet in Qianlong reign.
