乳酸菌类微生态制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响

Effect of Probiotic of Lactobacillus on Growth Performance of Broiler Chicken

本试验在肉仔鸡基础日粮中添加乳酸菌类微生态制剂，观察肉仔鸡肠道微生物变化及其生长性能、腹泻率和致死率。结果表明：乳酸菌类微生态制剂可显著提高鸡盲肠和回肠中乳酸菌数量（P〈0．05），显著降低肠道中大肠杆菌数（P〈0．05），还能够显著提高肉仔鸡日增重（P〈0．05），显著降低料重比、腹泻率和致死率（P〈0．05）。

In the test lactobacillus probiotics were added in class basal diet of broilers, theobserved. The resuhs showed that： lactic acid bacteria probiotics could significantly improve a- mount of Lactobacillus in chicken cecum and ileum （ P 〈 0.05 ）, significantly reduce the number of E. coli in the intestinal （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but also could significantly improve the daily gain of broil- ers （ P 〈 0.05 ）, significantly reduce feed - weight ratio, diarrhea rate and mortality rate （ P 〈 0. 05）.
