肾杂合性嗜酸细胞/嫌色细胞肿瘤合并肾乳头状癌1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨肾杂合性嗜酸细胞/嫌色细胞肿瘤(hybrid oncocytic/chromophobe tumors,HOCT)的临床病理学特点及免疫表型。方法对1例肾HOCT合并肾乳头状癌(papillary renal cell carcinoma,PRCC)病变进行临床病理分析及免疫组化染色,并复习相关文献。结果眼观:右肾中段见2个肿物。镜检:肿物大者由嗜酸细胞瘤和嫌色细胞癌(chromophobe renal cell carcinoma,CRCC)组成,两种成分混杂或镶嵌排列;免疫表型:CK7局灶弥漫强阳性或强弱不等,EMA、E-cad和P504S阳性,vimentin阴性,Ki-67增殖指数<3%。肿物小者瘤细胞呈乳头状排列,局部浸润性生长,纤维血管轴心内见砂粒体。免疫表型:CK7、P504S、EMA、CD10、vimentin和E-cad均阳性,CD117阴性,Ki-67增殖指数<5%。结论肾HOCT诊断主要依据病理组织学和免疫表型。
