摘要
低碳经济时代的到来为我国企业发展迎来新的机遇和挑战。由于各国的生产和贸易格局都将发生巨大变化,我国企业要适应外部环境,就必须快步转型,实施低碳化发展战略。本文以低碳经济为背景,展开企业转型导入机制研究。在遵循低碳认知原则、引管结合原则、需求拉动与社会责任原则及系统优化原则基础上,构建政府、企业、企业间、消费者的"四层面、多方位"低碳转型导入机制。这四个层面之间通过相互促进、相互关联,形成一个闭环式的整体。最后,指出在导入机制构建过程中需注意技术创新、标准管理、非政府组织及公众参与等关键问题,以助推我国企业加快实现低碳化转型的步伐。
In the era of the low-carbon economy, mode of production and trade is experiencing great changes all over the world. In order to adapt itself to the new environment, enterprise in China needs to trot its transformation and implement a low-car- bon operation. Under the basic principles of low-carbon cognition, combination of guidance and regulation, demand pull and society responsibility and systematic optimization, this paper constructs the lead-in mechanism of low-carbon transfor- mation with government, inner-enterprise, inter-enterprises and consumers. These four levels are integrated and correlated with each other to form a closed-loop body. Finally, technical innovation, standardized management, NGO and public participation are proposed as the key points in the mechanism construction so that a low-carbon transformation of enterprises in China is to be pushed and developed smoothly.
