基于因子分析法的河北省上市企业成长性研究

企业成长对国家经济和社会发展有着非常重要的意义。本文研究了企业的成长性基本理论,构建了河北上市企业成长性评价指标体系和成长性影响因素指标体系,并以2011-2013年河北在深交所和上交所的上市公司为样本,采集了3年的指标数据,利用因子分析法,对影响河北上市公司成长性的一些重要财务与非财务因素进行了研究,并据此对河北上市公司的资本结构、内部管理、科技创新和环保等方面的发展提出了建设性意见,以期促进河北上市公司成长性得到更好的发展。

The enterprise growth is very important for the development of economy and society. The paper aims to research the basic theory of enterprise growth, and construct the growth evaluation index system and the growth index system of impact factors of the listed companies in Hebei. Taking the listed companies in I-Iebei listed in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange as example, the three-year index data has been gathered to research the financial and non-fi- nancial factors which affect the growth of listed companies. Accordingly, the paper puts fon^ard the constructive sugges- tions of the capital structure, the internal management, the technical innovation and the green growth of the listed compa- nies in order to enhance the development of listed companies in Hebei.
